Why choose between vanilla and chocolate when you can have both? Today we’re going to tell you how to make delicious vanilla and chocolate marble cookies.

The treat turns out soft and chewy and has a delicious chocolate surprise inside. Shall we start?

In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar, and brown sugar using a mixer. Add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla. Beat again. Sift in both types of flour, salt, and baking soda. Stir with a spatula.

Divide the dough into two parts. Add peanut butter to one part and cocoa powder to another. Stir until well-combined.

Cover both doughs with plastic wrap, shape them into squares and freeze for an hour.

Roll out the chocolate and vanilla dough. Place one onto another. Cut into two squares and roll them up. Cut each roll into 8 slices and roll them out.

Place the chocolate truffles onto 8 pieces of dough and cover with another 8 pieces. Bake for 9 minutes at 350 °F (180 °C).
